New supervisor role tier

Problem: The platform had no intermediate validation layer between end users and admins.
Decision: Designed and shipped a new 'supervisor' user tier end-to-end.
Result: Drove trial adoption across 15 new enterprise accounts and onboarded 2,000+ users to the new role model.

CASE-02RelinkSHIPPED

Magic Links authentication (JWT)

Problem: Login friction for enterprise users.
Decision: Designed and implemented passwordless authentication via JWT.
Result: In production for 11,500+ enterprise users.

CASE-03Continuum HQSHIPPED

Hexagonal architecture migration (Relink v2)

Problem: Business domain was tightly coupled to Strapi as infrastructure, making changes hard.
Decision: Led the progressive migration to clean/hexagonal architecture to decouple domain from infrastructure, adding Pub/Sub and Cloud Run for scalability.
Result: Decoupled domain logic from infrastructure, enabling changes without touching the framework layer.

CASE-04RelinkSHIPPED

Plan-Review-Execute with Claude Code

Problem: Individual delivery speed was limited by the manual code cycle.
Decision: Implemented an AI orchestration workflow (plan → review → execute) as a core productivity layer, not a novelty.
Result: Consolidated a real, repeatable working method — a recent differentiator few candidates have solidified as an actual practice.

HOW I WORK

Architecture and decisions come first — code is the last step, not the first.

AI is a working method, not a trend: Claude Code and Cursor run a Plan → Review → Execute loop as the default way features ship, not a novelty layer bolted onto an existing process.

Ownership means designing the solution end-to-end — the decision, the trade-off, and the shipped result — rather than executing tickets inside someone else's fixed stack.
